Now you might be able to see L5's slippage upon the sacral base, as I have high-lighted the pars defect with pink. Also note the disc space between L5 and S1... or I should say 'lack of disc space'!

The impression from this radiography would be severe degenerative disc disease with a grade 3 spondylolytic spondylolisthesis.
